Is it safe to drink tap water filtered by Arax?
Absolutely. Municipal water in the UAE meets strict quality standards when it leaves the treatment plants. The concern most people have is what happens on the way: rooftop storage tanks, pipes and long hot summers. An ARAX drinking water system is your own final barrier, right at your tap. Reverse osmosis removes dissolved solids, microplastics, chlorine taste and impurities down to 0.0001 micron, then remineralization returns healthy minerals for balanced taste. Why do I need a water softener in Dubai?

Yes, we have installation team in Dubai. Compact products like shower filters take minutes to set up yourself. Softeners and under-sink systems are installed by technicians at a time that suits you.
Can I install Arax in a rented apartment?
Yes. Under-sink systems, countertop dispensers and shower filters do not require any permanent changes and can move with you to your next home. For whole-home softeners in rented villas we recommend checking with your landlord first, and we can help with that conversation.
What are the running costs after installation?
Lower than most people expect. Here is the honest math. A water softener uses regeneration salt: a 25 kg bag costs around AED 40–60 and lasts a typical villa 1 to 2 months, so budget roughly AED 30–50 per month. An under-sink RO system needs a filter set change every 6 to 12 months at AED 200–400 per set, which works out to about AED 20–35 per month. A shower filter cartridge is replaced every 3 months at AED 220. For comparison, a family buying bottled water typically spends AED 150–300 every month, forever. We confirm the exact yearly cost of ownership for your specific system before you buy, in writing, so there are no surprises.
How often do I need to change filters?
It depends on the system. Shower filter cartridges last around 75 days, under-sink RO filters from 6 to 24 months, softener media for years. Every ARAX system comes with a clear replacement schedule, and we remind you when it is time.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards online. For installed systems you can also pay on delivery.
How long do the systems last?
The tanks and housings are built for 10+ years of service. Control valves are certified for years of continuous operation. What needs regular attention is only the filter media, and we handle that under your service plan. Every system comes with a 3 or 5 year warranty.
What happens if something goes wrong with my system?
Message us on WhatsApp, our service team is based in Dubai. For urgent issues we respond the same day and every installation is covered by warranty, so most visits cost you nothing.

What is your return policy?
It depends on the situation and we keep it fair. If you simply changed your mind, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. If the product arrived damaged or does not work as it should - that is on us, not on you. We will repair it, replace it or refund you in full, whether the box is opened or not.
