DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates.
COURIER DELIVERY
Orders are delivered by Aramex. Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the delivery location, public holidays, courier delays, weather, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING COST
The applicable shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING
We begin processing an order after payment has been confirmed. Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent using the contact information provided with the order.
Please ensure that the delivery address and telephone number entered at checkout are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
EQUIPMENT WITH INSTALLATION
For equipment purchased with installation, installation in Dubai is available by appointment. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date and time after the order and payment have been confirmed.
The installation appointment may be scheduled separately from the courier delivery. The installation area must be accessible and ready for the agreed work.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number together with photographs or video of the issue.
