OVERVIEW
This website and online store are operated by ARAX PURIFICATION SYSTEMS TRADING L.L.C ("Arax", "we", "us" or "our"). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to offer our products and services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and any other policies referenced on the website, govern your access to and use of the website, store, products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order or creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images and colours accurately. Actual appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings and product manufacturing variations.
Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Product selection, installation and use must follow the instructions, specifications and intended purpose stated on the product page or accompanying documentation.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and successfully process the applicable payment.
We may reject, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or payment problems. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation after acceptance may not be possible once fulfilment or installation arrangements have begun.
Products purchased through the store are intended for lawful personal or business use and must not be resold or exported in violation of applicable law.
4. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, applicable taxes, shipping, installation, customs and other charges will be shown before the order is submitted.
Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect an order already accepted by us unless required to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment information provided is accurate.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE law.
You must provide an accurate delivery address and make reasonable arrangements to receive the order.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you when the product is delivered to you or your authorised recipient, subject to applicable law.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTIES
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Our voluntary return policy does not limit mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.
Any product warranty will be described on the applicable product page or warranty documentation. Warranty exclusions and conditions will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, product information, website design and software, are owned by or licensed to Arax, Shopify or their respective rights holders.
You may use the Services only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.
8. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe another person's rights or violate applicable law.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display submitted content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content.
9. PROHIBITED USE
You must not use the Services:
- For unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- To violate intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- To transmit malware or malicious code;
- To collect another person's personal data without authorization;
- To send spam, phishing messages or misleading communications;
- To interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
- To scrape or access the Services through unauthorised automated systems;
- To impersonate another person or provide false information;
- To circumvent access, security or purchasing restrictions.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

The Services may include tools, payment services, integrations or links provided by third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
11. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
Information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or delivery.
We may correct errors and update information. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide the options required under applicable law.

Our collection and processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed by Arax, Shopify and relevant service providers as described in that policy.
13. TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations and provisions that are intended to survive termination.
14. WARRANTIES AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
We provide the Services and products subject to all warranties and consumer protections that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available, or that general website information will be suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by law.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arax will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer-protection obligations.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Arax for reasonable losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
18. WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
A failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the agreement between you and Arax concerning the Services, except for any additional written agreement expressly accepted by us.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
The courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or alternative dispute-resolution procedures applicable under UAE law.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
